Welcome!

For as long as I can remember, exercise has played a key role in my life. As a child it was competitive sports. As an adult it was pursuing a degree in exercise physiology. And for most of my adult life it has been private training and group exercise.

I have seen the fitness industry from many sides, as a manager of luxury fitness to a consultant to a small business owner, teacher and class enthusiast. I have a unique perspective of the fitness industry and I cannot wait to bring this perspective to The Sweat.

I have been taking Maryanne’s zoom classes for over 2 years. I love her classes because they are challenging but doable, functional and always different. She gives options throughout class to progress the moves. One of my favorite classes is Strength Remix, you get a full body workout, with compound exercises that hit multiple muscle groups. Maryanne always keeps you motivated, creating new challenges to keep things fun and interesting!

I have been doing Maryanne’s classes for many years. I love her class because it’s never the same routine - she is always innovating to improve overall fitness, strength and alignment. Her classes are challenging and motivating and use different muscle groups. As a trainer and fitness instructor, it’s clear she stays in touch with the latest fitness trends and incorporates her learnings in to the routines. Maryanne is my instructor of choice!

I've been attending Maryanne’s virtual fitness classes for the past few years. She offers a variety of classes that challenge me to get out of my comfort zone and take my fitness to a higher level. She also takes the time to explain each move to ensure proper technique. During the pandemic, Maryanne’s classes helped me both mentally and physically.
